Terms and procedures for registration:
  • When you register, you will receive confirmation and information regarding the total amount to be paid and the account number to which you should transfer the fee.

  • If you haven't paid by 19/3-2010, you will receive an e-mail reminder.

  • Every PDGA member can register now (from 18/1-2010)

  • 24 spots are reserved until 24/2-2010 for 2010 PDGA EuroPros (see here), meaning the first 24 EuroPros to submit the registration form

  • Up to the next 24 spots are held until 24/2-2010 for Danish Pro division players with player ratings of 900+ (men) and 800+ (women), meaning the first 24 (or less) of these that submit the registration form

  • 10 spots are reserved for Pro Women players until 24/2-2010, meaning the first 10 Pro Women players to submit the registration form

  • There are 5 wildcard spots to give to players of our choice. These spots are reserved until 19/3-2010 and will be released as "normal" registration places if we choose not to use them

  • Players will keep their reserved places in the event until 26/3-2010 (payment deadline). If the total player field of 90 has been filled by reserved players prior to 26/3-2010, a waiting list will be created. The waiting list will be sorted by registration date, unless it is before 24/2-2010, where EuroPros, Danish Pro players and Pro Women players could still have places held

  • Players will only be finally registered when the full amount stated in the confirmation e-mail has been received in our bank account. In this case, registered means a GUARANTEED place in the event

  • On 26/3-2010 at 16:00 (payment deadline) payment opens for the first 1-x (x meaning the number of remaining spots left in the tournament) waiting list players, who will have 2 days to confirm if they want their place - after they have received an e-mail from us, taht is. After that they have 2 more days to pay the registration fee. Everytime a waiting list player from the top of the list decline his og her place, a new waiting list player will get the chance to accept within 2 days and pay within 4 days

  • Players on the original registration list (first 90 registered) who have not paid by 26/3-2010 at 16:00 (payment deadline) will LOSE their reserved place and will be placed at the bottom of the waiting list

  • Refunds of entry fees for players who withdraw from the event after payment has been completed will only be granted in case of injury, illness or other unforeseeable circumstances. A doctor's note should be presented upon request
